MBRRB-E-Billing: Streamlining Rent Collection for MHADA

MBRRB-E-Billing is a software developed by MHADA to computerize the manual process of rent collection for the estate management department of the TC & RT departments of MBRR board. This module aims to bring all stakeholders onto the same platform and facilitate communication between them.

The portal generates monthly bills for each tenement in the TC/RT database, which can be viewed and downloaded by the Rent Collector (RC) and Estate Manager (EM). The RC can easily make collections against the current month-generated bills and generate receipts for the same.

One of the key features of MBRRB-E-Billing is the unique Consumer Number assigned to each tenant, ensuring accurate identification and tracking. The system also generates unique Bill Numbers and Receipt Numbers for easy reference. The software allows for ward-wise bifurcation and provides details such as building name, building number, address, flat number, and floor.

With MBRRB-E-Billing, the rent collection process is streamlined, and stakeholders can access daily and monthly reports based on their assigned areas. This software is a valuable tool for the efficient management of rent collection in MHADA properties.
